This 4-month onsite position serves as a vital liaison between the site and corporate HR, ensuring payroll, benefits, and compliance operations run smoothly. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations that keep our employees engaged and our site running smoothly, gaining hands-on experience with critical systems like Workday and Kronos.
As the site payroll and benefits liaison, you will work directly with third-party administrators and corporate departments to assist employees with their needs. Your day-to-day involves managing data entry for hires, transfers, and terminations in Workday, generating compliance reports, and maintaining the accuracy of our HRIS system. You will also manage the Kronos time-keeping system, handling employee setups, schedule maintenance, PTO accruals, and troubleshooting issues.
Beyond data management, you will support our culture by maintaining communication boards, managing service award and recognition programs, and assisting the Employee Engagement Committee with site events. You will also prepare and maintain on-site personnel, medical, and I-9 files while ensuring all bi-weekly payroll inputs meet U.S. compliance standards.
