About the Opportunity
Our client, a dynamic manufacturing organization based in Farmington, Connecticut, is seeking a Contract HR Recruiter to drive hiring efforts within a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is designed for an experienced recruiting professional comfortable managing full-cycle hiring for both hourly and skilled manufacturing positions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a setting that requires close collaboration with HR leadership and plant-based hiring teams to support organizational growth and workforce evolution.
The Role in Context
In this position, you will serve as a critical bridge between talent and operations. You will guide candidates through the onsite interview process, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your work will directly impact the plant's ability to staff skilled machinery workers and operational personnel, keeping recruiting timelines on track while prioritizing open positions alongside hiring managers. This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring a schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, with a contract assignment expected to last between 3 to 6 months.

Requirements
