About the Role
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve as a strategic partner to corporate leaders. Your mission is to shape strategies that attract top talent, develop leaders, and strengthen high-performing corporate teams. You will work hands-on with executive leadership to drive workforce planning and process improvements, directly supporting the success of our growing North American company.
In this role, you will advise on talent, performance, and employee relations while partnering on critical HR initiatives like succession planning and organizational effectiveness. You will identify training and mentoring opportunities to enhance individual and business performance, utilizing employee and leadership feedback to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention. Additionally, you will collaborate with recruiting teams to develop high-growth strategies for sourcing top talent at all levels.
