The HRIS Analyst, Principal is a pivotal member of the HR Analytics team, serving as the enterprise's go-to Workday expert. In this role, you will partner with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Learning & Development, Finance, Payroll, and IT to translate complex business needs into Workday-specific solutions. You will champion user adoption, drive project work streams, and ensure a seamless user experience while sharing ownership of initiative success.
