About the Role

The HRIS Analyst serves as a critical bridge between Human Resources, IT, Finance, and other key stakeholders, ensuring the integrity and optimization of the firm's Human Resources Information System. Reporting directly to the Director of HR Systems, this position is dedicated to maintaining system functionality, supporting complex integrations, and enhancing the overall user experience for the firm's workforce.

In this role, you will manage the administration, configuration, and day-to-day needs of the Workday platform. You will be responsible for developing effective solutions for system integration issues, creating custom reports and dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy, quality, and security of employee data. The position requires a highly organized professional capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering projects under competing deadlines while collaborating closely with the firm to support key HR processes such as open enrollment, performance management, and compensation cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleProvide administrator support across all Workday modules including configuration and data management
  • check_circleEnsure data integrity by maintaining accuracy, quality, and security of employee data
  • check_circleDevelop custom reports and dashboards to fulfill ad hoc reporting requests
  • check_circleCreate and maintain documentation for HRIS processes, procedures, and system configurations
  • check_circleIdentify and implement opportunities to improve HRIS processes and system integrations
  • check_circleCollaborate with HR and IT to implement new functionalities and optimize existing processes
  • check_circleAssist with the development and implementation of HR policies related to HRIS functionality
  • check_circleProvide support for key HR processes including open enrollment and performance management cycles
  • check_circleDesign and deliver training materials while providing ongoing user support
  • check_circlePerform application upgrades and troubleshoot integration issues to minimize operational disruption

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • verifiedMinimum 5 years relevant experience
  • verifiedAt least 3 years hands-on Workday experience
  • verifiedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • verifiedKnowledge of database management, data governance, and system security best practices

Nice to Have

Strong proficiency supporting one or more Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, Performance, Time Tracking, Learning, or Recruiting. Experience with Workday tools such as Prism, Studio, integrations, and vendor platforms (e.g., VNDLY).
