The HRIS Analyst serves as a critical bridge between Human Resources, IT, Finance, and other key stakeholders, ensuring the integrity and optimization of the firm's Human Resources Information System. Reporting directly to the Director of HR Systems, this position is dedicated to maintaining system functionality, supporting complex integrations, and enhancing the overall user experience for the firm's workforce.
In this role, you will manage the administration, configuration, and day-to-day needs of the Workday platform. You will be responsible for developing effective solutions for system integration issues, creating custom reports and dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy, quality, and security of employee data. The position requires a highly organized professional capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering projects under competing deadlines while collaborating closely with the firm to support key HR processes such as open enrollment, performance management, and compensation cycles.
