Our client, an impressive nonpartisan think tank based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic initiatives surrounding their HRIS (Workday). Reporting into the Director of Total Rewards, you will build out the new HRIS team, serving as the leadership liaison across HR, IT, and Payroll teams.
In this role, you will develop a strategic governance structure to optimize Workday and continuously stay on top of improvements. You will lead change management efforts, preparing the organization for new implementation roll-outs through targeted training and engagement initiatives. Your expertise with Workday will be instrumental in providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
This position offers a hybrid schedule of 3x/week in the Washington, DC office. The role comes with a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
