About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract HR Generalist to support the Human Resources team with day-to-day operations, onboarding, and employee administration. This role is designed for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring a smooth employee experience.
You will partner closely with an HR Business Partner to ensure consistent execution of HR processes across assigned business units. As the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, you will guide staff on company policies, manage confidential records, and support critical employee relations activities. This position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by optimizing onboarding workflows and maintaining data accuracy within HR systems.
Note: This role focuses on generalist operations and does not include compensation or benefits administration.

Requirements
