Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate employee lifecycle from offer acceptance through exit
- check_circleAdminister offboarding processes including exit interviews and documentation
- check_circleMaintain accurate employee records and data in Paylocity
- check_circleCoordinate performance management cycles and system setup
- check_circleSupport employee engagement initiatives and culture-building efforts
- check_circleIdentify HR process gaps and participate in process improvement
- check_circleConduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications
- check_circleManage onboarding logistics and transitions for new hires
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or equivalent
- verifiedMultiple years of human resource experience preferred
- verifiedPrior experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Operations role
- verifiedExperience coordinating onboarding, performance cycles, or engagement initiatives
- verifiedComfort working in HR systems (Paylocity or similar preferred)
