About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Bilingual HR Generalist to serve as a key operational resource for a well-established distribution and manufacturing company in Vernon, CA. This is a highly autonomous position where you will own HR functions end-to-end, drive strategic initiatives, and act as a trusted partner to HR leadership. Ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in leading rather than simply supporting, this role requires you to manage competing priorities across multiple entities with minimal oversight.
About the Team
You will be the first-line HR contact for employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and investigations. Your work will directly support operations, ensuring compliance with multi-state wage and hour requirements and California employment laws. Occasional travel may be required to support our various locations.

Requirements
