About the Role
As a Branch Manager on UFCU's Retail Leadership Team, you will lead a team to grow relationships and provide exceptional service to credit union Members. Working under the supervision of the Senior Retail Manager, you will perform the overall administrative supervision of all branch office activities.
Your day will involve coordinating and directing daily operations and personnel activities to ensure the convenient and efficient operation of the staff and branch. You will be responsible for managing ongoing operations, including staffing, training, and employee relations, while ensuring the delivery of personal financial services through teller, new accounts, loan closing, and electronic systems. Beyond operations, you will coach frontline staff to meet sales objectives, foster a positive work environment, and drive strategic initiatives to streamline branch processes.

The position requires completing all assigned regulatory training and maintaining strict adherence to laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, USA Patriot Act, OFAC, and Fair Lending regulations.
