About the Role
The Human Resource Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department at our Main Office in Jonesboro, AR. This position is the heartbeat of our HR function, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth onboarding experiences, and responsive employee support.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many employees, providing customer service by addressing HR-related questions and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff. Your day will involve facilitating the onboarding process, hosting new hire orientation sessions to welcome team members, and managing the administrative coordination required to keep our people operations running efficiently. You will collaborate with staffing agencies to support hiring efforts and serve as a key liaison between employees and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleProcess employee terminations within the ADP system
- check_circleCoordinate drug testing and physical paperwork for new hires
- check_circleSupport employees during open enrollment and respond to questions regarding insurance plans and benefits
- check_circleCollaborate with staffing agencies to support hiring efforts across departments
- check_circleMaintain organized and up-to-date digital employee records
- check_circleDraft and prepare HR-related correspondence as requested
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred in human resources or related field or equivalent experience
- verifiedHRIS Software experience required
