About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to ensure that all HR operations are carried out smoothly and effectively. This role is designed to support HR strategies and provide sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of HR operations, Texas state employment laws, federal employment laws, and industry best practices.
Your primary goal will be to ensure that all HR needs of the company are met and aligned with business objectives. You will manage projects and tasks that promote the strategic initiatives of Plum Creek Recovery Ranch, collaborating with senior leadership to understand organizational goals related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. This is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote work.
