About the Role
As an HR Business Partner at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will partner with Uline's leadership team to drive career development, recruitment, HR data analysis, and employee relations for designated corporate teams. This role exists to balance business needs with employee needs by interpreting and applying company HR policies, procedures, and programs.
You will coach managers on performance management and organizational planning, lead cross-functional HR projects, and help define clear career paths and development opportunities. By analyzing data to identify trends, you will inform business leaders on best practices and drive effective decision-making.
