The HR Coordinator/Generalist plays a key role in supporting and collaborating with the Human Resources Manager in the daily operations of the HR Department. This position is vital for maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with clinic policies and employment regulations.
With a strong focus on confidentiality, organization, and communication, you will foster an environment where staff can thrive. Your work directly contributes to the clinic's mission by managing the employee lifecycle—from pre-hire and onboarding to benefits coordination and record maintenance. You will be the face of the clinic at job fairs and expos, representing our commitment to the community while assisting employees with life events and questions.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) based in Olathe, Colorado. We offer flexibility, allowing you to select a schedule that fits your needs, either 4x10s or 5x8s. The role requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and may involve varied hours to meet job requirements. You will also be willing to travel to clinic locations, meetings, and trainings outside of the service area.

Associate's degree or higher. Minimum 1-year experience in Human Resources (or internal applicants with at least two years of prior experience within River Valley). Minimum one year of experience working in an ambulatory clinic or healthcare setting. Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices. Experience with HR systems and databases. Bilingual in Spanish.
Skills: Adp, Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, Spanish.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
