Fullerton College is seeking dedicated part-time Instructors for Spring 2026 and ongoing terms to teach ANAT 231 F (Human Anatomy). This position offers the opportunity to lead in-person laboratory sessions, with schedules available in morning, afternoon, and evening sections to accommodate diverse student needs.
The role is designed for educators who are passionate about student-centered pedagogy and committed to equity-minded practices. Instructors will be expected to direct student dissections and utilize multi-modal approaches to support first-generation, immigrant, and low-income students. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of our community college community.
Applications are currently being accepted for the Spring 2026 term. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a biological science, or a Bachelor's in a biological science combined with a Master's in biochemistry, biophysics, or marine science. Alternatively, applicants may hold a valid California teaching credential authorizing service in a community college in the appropriate subject matter area. The District also considers equivalent qualifications based on related education, training, employment, and professional experience as determined by the District Equivalency Committee.
