As the Community Programs Manager, you will lead and support the day-to-day operations of Our Just Future's HUD-funded housing programs, including Rapid Re-Housing and Permanent Supportive Housing. This is a leadership role focused on supporting staff, strengthening programs, ensuring compliance, and helping drive high-quality, equitable services for participants experiencing homelessness.
You will supervise and coach a multidisciplinary team while fostering a collaborative, trauma-informed, and anti-racist work environment. You will also play a key role in overseeing program operations, budgets, contracts, Coordinated Access referrals, and partnerships with funders and community agencies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership, problem-solving, collaboration, and strategy while staying grounded in mission-driven work that directly impacts housing stability in the community.

This position offers a hybrid work benefit with the primary in-office location at our main Gateway office in Portland. The role is full-time (40 hours/week), generally Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
