Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and execute test scripts for system updates, patches, and new feature rollouts
- check_circleLead user acceptance testing and ensure accurate, stable deployment of system changes
- check_circlePerform routine data validation, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and compliance
- check_circleMonitor and support HRIS integrations across connected systems with stakeholders and vendors
- check_circleAnalyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement
- check_circleDevelop user guides, training materials, and documentation for system processes and enhancements
- check_circleConfigure, maintain, and enhance HRIS modules including workflows, security, and automated processes
- check_circleDeliver high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution for internal HRIS stakeholders
- check_circleServe as subject matter expert for HRIS features and provide guidance to HR and end-users
- check_circleDevelop dashboards and visual analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making
- check_circleBuild and maintain recurring and ad-hoc HR reports for leadership and operational stakeholders
- check_circleConduct training for HR and end-users and support change management for new system features
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- verified3+ years of hands-on HRIS experience in system configuration, reporting, data auditing, and HR technology support
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Excel
- verifiedExperience with HR reporting tools and HR data analysis
- verifiedExperience with UKG or another enterprise HRIS preferred
- verifiedExperience with system implementations, workflow optimization, or integrations preferred
