As an HR Representative, you will be the first point of contact for the department, delivering exceptional customer service to employees, applicants, and visitors. Your day will involve greeting guests, managing phone inquiries, and handling logistical support such as parking coordination.
You will play a vital role in the onboarding process, conducting intake, processing forms, and managing data entry with a high degree of accuracy. This position requires you to support HR management, the immigration team, generalists, and recruiters by ensuring all documentation complies with Houston Methodist policies and regulatory agencies. You will also assist with department events, such as employee meals, service awards, and recruitment fairs, while maintaining professional standards for confidential information.
