The Sr. Recruiting Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of all administrative aspects to deliver an optimal candidate experience. Reporting to the Manager for their respective region or client engagement, this role acts as a positive representative of the client to candidates, bridging the gap between logistical execution and professional service.
As a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the US, the coordinator manages the end-to-end logistics of the hiring process. This includes coordinating interview and recruiting event logistics, scheduling, booking spaces, and managing travel and budget approvals. The role extends to facilitating onboarding for new hires in both on-site and remote environments, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
You will be joining PeopleScout, a division of TrueBlue, Inc., where you will work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The role requires active participation in training and calibration sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mastery of learned programs. You will cross-train and provide leveraged support across other areas of the organization, adapting to fluctuating business needs with flexibility and a professional demeanor.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to adhere to strict Recruitment Process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws. The position involves active engagement in program development, including role/candidate material reviews, demo calls, and identifying program modifications.
