This project-based role is critical to the operational success of our active and upcoming initiatives. You will serve as the bridge between our project leadership and the workforce, responsible for supporting staffing needs by recruiting field, professional, and project support personnel on aggressive timelines.
In this position, you will work closely with project managers, superintendents, and operations teams to ensure projects are staffed efficiently and in strict alignment with project schedules. Your day-to-day involves developing and executing project-specific recruiting strategies, managing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and time-sensitive hiring needs, and partnering with leadership to understand workforce mobilization timelines. You will also support early-career recruiting efforts through career fairs and campus outreach, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent for our future projects.
Candidates selected for this role will be bilingual in English and Spanish. The interview process will focus on your ability to market project opportunities and company culture to candidates, as well as your experience managing multiple open requisitions tied to different project timelines.
