As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, acting as a bridge between clients and top-tier talent. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and related departments to ensure accurate completion of required documentation. While serving as a productive individual contributor, you will also collaborate effectively with team members to achieve organizational goals. The role involves engaging with candidate leads to build and maintain a talent pipeline, leveraging your network to source top talent, and providing interview coaching to candidates. You will also support the payroll process, including hours collection and reconciliation, ensuring a seamless experience for both the client and the new hire.
