Schneider Electric is seeking a Human Resource Manager to support our Buffalo, New York facilities, playing a pivotal role in the ongoing integration of HR responsibilities into our newly acquired Motivair business. This position is designed to enable better, simpler, and faster HR execution by providing strong foundational support across core operations. The role drives a people-centric, high-performing HR organization through disciplined data management, the effective use of digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, and continuous process improvement.
The HR Manager will partner with the local management team to lead HR processes including total rewards, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, wellness, learning, organizational efficiency, and employee relations. A key focus is simplifying and standardizing HR processes to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency while consistently delivering a positive employee and business experience across the entire employee lifecycle within the manufacturing operations scope.
