About the Role

The Senior Organizational Development Manager will lead cross-company OD&L practices and support units with specific OD&L needs. In this role, you will work closely with different stakeholders across the organization to initiate, enable, and execute OD and Learning initiatives. You will partner with HR and business leaders to align organizational development and learning initiatives with business needs, ensuring that programs are responsive to the unique requirements of each unit.

As a key driver of culture and growth, you will design and deliver leadership development programs to build capabilities at all levels and integrate AI-based learning solutions into development programs and annual processes. Your work will directly influence the company's learning strategy and employee development experience, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture through targeted engagement initiatives.
