As a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will partner with the MMS HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR programs through close collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and the Associate Service Center. This role requires bringing AI proficiency, strong business acumen, and analytical thinking to help leaders navigate complexity, drive performance, and enhance the employee experience.
