The Senior Organizational Development Manager will lead cross-company OD&L practices and support units with specific OD&L needs. In this role, you will work closely with different stakeholders to initiate, enable, and execute OD and Learning initiatives. You will partner with HR and business leaders to align organizational development and learning initiatives with business needs, ensuring that programs are responsive to the unique requirements of various units.
You will drive a culture of continuous learning and development, integrating AI-based learning solutions into development programs and annual processes. By analyzing data and metrics, you will measure the effectiveness of these programs, ensuring they foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
