About the Role

As an HR Generalist in Employment, you will play a key role in our ability to deliver what we promise to our customers. You will assist in ensuring a smooth and efficient Manufacturing operation by providing employment support for Hourly Bargaining Unit employees to guarantee a great employee experience.

Your day will involve administering hourly employment office functions, managing the Employment window for leave tracking and reinstatements, and implementing onboarding orientation sessions. You will support the execution of lean manufacturing methodology and drive a positive workplace culture by supporting plant employee engagement initiatives.
