Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead the design and evolution of enterprise succession planning and succession pool strategy
- check_circleDefine and maintain clear succession frameworks, criteria, and readiness definitions
- check_circlePartner with HR leaders to identify and align critical roles and capabilities essential to business continuity
- check_circleDesign and implement succession planning discussion tools to translate insights into actionable plans
- check_circleOwn succession data governance, reporting, and analytics to provide visibility into bench strength and leadership risk
- check_circlePartner with HR Operations to configure and optimize Workday succession and talent planning functionality
- check_circleLead the strategy and design of assessment approaches, including tool selection and application
- check_circleTranslate assessment insights into development priorities and coaching recommendations
- check_circleOwn executive coaching vendor management, including selection, contracting, oversight, and quality assurance
- check_circleIdentify, design, and implement critical pipeline development and engagement experiences
- check_circleDevelop and maintain dashboards and insights to support executive decision-making and workforce planning
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree required
- verifiedMaster's in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred
- verified7+ years of experience in succession planning, executive assessment, workforce planning, or related talent disciplines
- verifiedExperience working with executive assessments and coaching providers
- verifiedFamiliarity with HR systems (Workday preferred), reporting, and talent analytics
Nice to Have
Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Experience with Workday.
