About the Team

Humana Inc. is a leading U.S. healthcare company dedicated to making it easier for millions of people to achieve their best health. Through our Humana insurance services and CenterWell healthcare services, we deliver the care and service people need when they need it. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people with Medicare and Medicaid, families, individuals, military service personnel, and communities at large.

About the Role

The Talent Management Principal serves as a trusted strategic advisor within our enterprise, implementing development strategies that support organizational capability and future workforce needs. This role spans multiple talent disciplines, including succession planning, workforce architecture, and development programs. As an advanced subject matter expert, you will partner with senior executives to define and lead segment-level and enterprise talent strategies, influencing organizational design and long-term capability building.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Talent Management, you will translate complex work and roles into structured skill definitions and co-create skill-based workforce strategies with executive leaders.

Hiring Process

As part of our hiring process, we utilize an interview platform called HireVue to support timely and thoughtful decisions. This involves a short, on-demand video screening that allows us to learn more about your skills and experience. If selected to move forward, you will receive an email and text message with instructions to complete this screening at a time that works best for you.
