This Mechanical Assembly role is designed as an onsite position with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office on the 2nd shift. You will be responsible for performing varied and general tasks involved in the manufacturing process, utilizing independent judgment to execute process-oriented tasks such as testing, inspecting, or advanced rack building.
In this role, you will follow detailed documentation and instructions while operating multiple machines and simultaneously supporting quality assurance. You will be expected to identify areas for process improvement, coordinate tasks within a team, and support the training of new employees. Your work ensures that production, quality, cost, and predictability goals are met for production sites, directly executing customer expectations for Customer to Order (CTO) scenarios.
