Technical Recruiter

About the Role

This position serves as a specialized recruiter responsible for sourcing and engaging IT professionals for the enterprise. The role acts as a strategic partner to management, interpreting the organization's recruiting strategy to define candidate qualifications and execute plans that meet technical staffing needs.

You will leverage a diverse array of channels—including colleges, job fairs, digital platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment firms—to build robust candidate pools. The day-to-day involves identifying, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates, as well as conducting background checks and obtaining references in accordance with established procedures. Success in this role requires a working knowledge of the information technology landscape within the enterprise and a deep understanding of the specific skills required for various technical positions.

As an intermediate professional, you will contribute to multiple recruiting projects, occasionally leading initiatives. The role involves managing small to large, complex assignments across various technical environments and may include coaching more junior recruiters.
