We are seeking a people-focused HR Generalist to lead recruiting efforts at our Clintonville facility. Requirements
- verifiedAssociate degree or equivalent professional qualifications

- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Nice to Have
Experience with Dayforce or other HRIS/ATS platforms. Professional HR certification or accreditation. Experience supporting manufacturing or operations-based recruiting. Background in sourcing and recruiting across multiple skillsets or departments. Experience supporting onboarding, employee engagement, or broader HR initiatives.
