About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team as a Contract to Hire position. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and compliance. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and interviewing to onboarding and employee relations.
Your day will involve administering FMLA, short-term disability, and workers' compensation claims, including necessary documentation and investigations. You will partner with temporary staffing agencies to support hiring needs and ensure a positive experience for contract employees. Additionally, you will support HR operations, including orientation and employee engagement initiatives, while collaborating with leadership on HR strategies and compliance with federal and state regulations.
This is a First Shift position, Monday through Friday from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM. Success in this role requires a professional, detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
