About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be the strategic advisor driving client success, retention, and growth. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, global environment and is ready to work on-site. You will specialize in resolving complex employee relations issues, ensuring rigorous compliance with employment laws, and delivering a seamless client experience.
In this position, you will partner with Executive- and Elite-tier clients to build deep relationships and develop tailored HR strategies. Your day-to-day involves providing expert guidance on multi-state compliance, advising on sensitive matters such as investigations, reductions in force, and terminations, and proactively reducing risk through best-practice solutions. You will act as a trusted partner, using data and technology to identify trends and facilitate continuous process improvement while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Work Environment & Culture
We are a proud work-from-office company. This role requires regular, on-site attendance to ensure secure access to sensitive systems, facilitate collaboration on complex technical matters, and participate in hands-on operational activities that cannot be performed remotely. The position is based in a professional, climate-controlled office environment with opportunities for domestic travel to attend team meetings, client visits, and industry conferences.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience

- verifiedBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
