About the Role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on engagement, leadership development, talent management, and workforce planning. This role partners closely with leaders across the organization to design and implement scalable people strategies that enhance organizational culture, employee experience, retention, and performance.
You will lead engagement and talent initiatives from the ground up while helping drive organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This position is ideal for a collaborative and innovative HR professional passionate about developing people, strengthening culture, and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- verified5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or related HR function
- verifiedExperience with AI, HRIS, LMS, and engagement or survey tools
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. Experience in a government contractor environment. Experience supporting fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial organizations.
