About the Role
We are seeking a Housing Specialist to work directly with program participants in the affordable housing sector. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program and the families it serves, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations while guiding individuals through complex administrative processes.
You will manage the full lifecycle of participant interactions, from conducting admissions and re-certification interviews to monitoring housing transitions and lease terminations. Your work involves verifying critical documentation, such as income and household data, to assess continued eligibility, and communicating outcomes clearly to both participants and property owners. Beyond administrative duties, you will lead participant briefings to explain regulatory requirements and prepare timely reports to maintain program integrity.

Requirements
