The Associate Housing department is dedicated to maintaining all aspects of associate housing and assigned work locations. Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming, and organized living environment for over 150 International and Domestic associates. We are a team that believes in making people happy, fostering a culture where enthusiasm and fun lead to lasting memories.

About the Role

As an Associate Housing team member, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the needs and concerns of Carowinds associates residing in the on-site dormitory. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth living experience, from processing resident move-ins and move-outs to enforcing housing policies and safety guidelines.

Your day-to-day involves maintaining cleanliness in housing areas, managing inventory of housing-issued items like keys and linens, and securely distributing employee mail. You will also operate a company vehicle to transport residents to designated pickup locations as needed. This position is ideal for those who love helping others, possess good judgment, and are passionate about supporting a diverse community.
