About the Role

Security Guards are a vital part of Frontier City's Public Safety Team, dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, employees, and vendors. This is a seasonal position with schedules that adapt to operational needs, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable law enforcement experience while enjoying rewarding benefits.

You will be the first line of defense, patrolling the park grounds and conducting thorough security screenings. Your day-to-day involves checking bags, scanning ID badges, and enforcing park policies to ensure a seamless experience for everyone. From greeting guests and providing directions to rapidly responding to alarms and emergency situations, you will play a key role in protecting people and property. You will also patrol ride queue lines to manage boarding efficiency and maintain detailed incident logs.

Qualifications

To join our team, candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess above-average verbal and written communication skills in English. The role requires physical stamina to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout a shift, as well as the ability to lift and carry moderately heavy loads. While previous experience in law enforcement, public safety, or security is preferred, a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is mandatory.
