About the Role

As a Housekeeping Utility Worker, you will be the backbone of our community's daily operations. Your role is vital in maintaining the pristine condition of our building areas, floors, and surfaces. You will set up rooms for events, manage waste disposal, and ensure that our facilities are ready for residents and guests at all times.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work independently while contributing to a dedicated team. You will operate specialized equipment to maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, and waxing, as well as care for carpeted surfaces through extraction, interim cleaning, and vacuuming. Your work directly supports the vibrant lifestyle and well-being of our community.
