Floor Technician

About the Role

SBM Management is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to ensure commercial and office spaces remain clean, orderly, and safe. In this position, you will be the face of our service, responsible for making floors sparkle while maintaining professional communication with customers to meet their expectations.

You will work as part of a team to complete daily assignments, utilizing motorized cleaning equipment to maintain tile, carpet, and brick flooring. The role requires a balance of independent initiative and collaboration, as you will support shift leads, fill in during staff shortages, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Your day-to-day involves operating machinery, applying appropriate chemicals, and presenting a professional appearance that reflects our commitment to quality.
