About the Role
SBM Management is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to ensure commercial and office spaces remain clean, orderly, and safe. In this position, you will be the face of our service, responsible for making floors sparkle while maintaining professional communication with customers to meet their expectations.
You will work as part of a team to complete daily assignments, utilizing motorized cleaning equipment and appropriate chemicals to maintain tile, carpet, and brick flooring. The role requires a high level of attention to safety, including the ability to identify and stop risk behaviors, report hazards, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Whether working independently or supporting a shift lead with punch-list items, you will ensure the environment is safe and presentable for all occupants.
