About the Role

Join our dedicated team as a Housekeeping Utility Worker, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that define our community. You will be responsible for cleaning building areas, floors, and surfaces, setting up rooms for events, and managing waste removal. This role is essential to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

You will operate specialized equipment to maintain hard floor surfaces (scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, and waxing) and carpeted areas (extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, and vacuuming). Additionally, you will utilize work orders to ensure proper room and furniture setups and assist with the movement and delivery of heavy objects. This position offers the opportunity to work independently or as a contributing team member, with no travel required.
