About the Role
In this position, you will support the Housekeeping team in delivering a seamless guest experience. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of tasks, from transporting linens and cleaning corridors to delivering special requests and operating specialized equipment. You will be the eyes and ears of the property, ensuring that every space—from guest room balconies to linen rooms—is pristine. This role requires a proactive attitude, as you will often be the first to notice and address safety concerns or guest needs.

- check_circleAssist Housekeeper with maintaining cleanliness of all hotel guest rooms
- check_circleTransport dirty linens and towels to linen room and loading dock
- check_circleRestock linen rooms and clean linen room floors and walls daily
- check_circleClean vending and ice machines, trash rooms, and laundry room areas
- check_circleUtilize specialized housekeeping equipment to deep clean guest room balconies and bathrooms
- check_circleRemove trash and recycling materials to appropriate areas throughout the day
- check_circleClean and dust corridors, walls, baseboards, carpets, windows, and elevators
- check_circleDeliver guest items, machines, cribs, and air mattresses to guest rooms
- check_circleSanitize high-touch areas and guest-requested items
Requirements
- verifiedAbility to read, write and speak English
- verifiedProficient in use of mobile devices (iPhone, iPad)
- verifiedAbility to drive small powered equipment (golf cart type vehicles, ride-on sweeper)
- verifiedFull availability seven (7) days per week including nights, weekends and holidays (for full-time)
- verifiedMust be available for minimum 3 full days including one weekend day (for part-time)
Nice to Have
Previous experience cleaning office buildings, hospitals, or restaurants. Knowledgeable about the Resort and surrounding area. Basic computer knowledge. Full availability seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in a hospitality or tourism related role on the Hawaiian Islands.
