About the Role
This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, focusing on the execution of in-store food and non-food demonstrations. The Associate is responsible for engaging consumers, showcasing product features, and driving sales through professional interaction and expert knowledge of the represented items.
The role is dynamic, requiring the Associate to manage event equipment, maintain a sterile and safe workstation, and prepare food samples using various appliances while adhering to strict food safety guidelines. Success in this position relies on the ability to build rapport with store personnel and act as a point of contact for event execution, ensuring that company and client objectives are met with a high standard of professionalism.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a part-time role based in a retail store environment with limited travel. The position is not expected to exceed 25 hours per week, though the company retains discretion to adjust hours based on business or client needs. Associates must maintain a neat, clean, and appropriately groomed appearance consistent with specific retailer dress codes.

Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED, or have one to three months of related experience. Proficiency with personal computers and mobile devices is required, along with a Food Safety Professional Certification and any necessary local food handler permits. Bilingual skills may be required depending on business necessity.
