This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, dedicated to bringing products to life through engaging in-store demonstrations. The Associate is responsible for executing food and non-food events that connect directly with consumers, transforming passive shoppers into active participants. Beyond the sales floor, this role ensures the integrity of the event experience by managing all demonstration equipment and maintaining a professional, sterile, and safe workspace.
The day-to-day rhythm involves preparing and serving food samples—including raw meats, produce, and eggs—using various small appliances while strictly adhering to food safety guidelines. You will act as the primary point of contact for store management and event execution, particularly when the Supervisor is unavailable, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to intercepting and engaging customers, effectively communicating product features, and building strong rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
This is a part-time opportunity, typically not exceeding 25 hours per week, though hours may fluctuate based on business and client needs. The role offers a dynamic retail environment with limited travel, requiring a high level of adaptability and a commitment to maintaining a neat, clean, and professional appearance consistent with specific retailer dress codes.
