This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, focusing on engaging shoppers through dynamic food and non-food demonstrations. The Associate is responsible for bringing products to life by preparing samples, operating small appliances, and interacting directly with consumers to highlight key features and benefits. Success in this role relies on a proactive approach to sales, maintaining a sterile and safe workstation, and building strong rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and possess the aptitude to quickly master product knowledge. You will be expected to execute assigned events with precision, from setting up event tables to completing all necessary online requirements and expense reports on the same day. While the position is primarily part-time with a target of 25 hours per week, flexibility is required to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and specific client demands.
Candidates must be proficient in navigating personal computers and mobile devices to access internal systems, Microsoft Outlook, and document forms. A local food handler's permit may be required depending on the location. Please note that bilingual skills may be necessary based on business needs, and English is the primary language for this role.
