This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, focusing on engaging shoppers through interactive food and non-food demonstrations. The Associate acts as a knowledgeable ambassador, intercepting consumers to share product features and benefits in a professional, positive manner. The role is designed to bridge the gap between product innovation and the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Your day will involve setting up and executing product demonstrations using a variety of small appliances, including microwaves, fryers, and coffee makers. You will prepare and serve food samples while maintaining a clean, sterile, and safe workstation. Beyond the demonstration itself, you will build rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives, assist with client visits, and handle necessary administrative tasks such as expense reporting and submitting online requirements immediately after events.
This is a part-time role based in a retail store environment with limited travel. While the position is not expected to exceed 25 hours per week, the schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business and specific client requirements. The role requires a professional appearance and grooming consistent with specific retailer dress codes.
