This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, focusing on engaging shoppers through dynamic in-store demonstrations of both food and non-food products. The Associate acts as a knowledgeable ambassador, responsible for intercepting consumers, sharing product features and benefits, and driving sales through positive, professional interactions.

You will be the primary point of contact for product education, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression. Success in this role requires a blend of culinary preparation skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to maintain a sterile, safe, and inviting workstation.
Your day begins with setting up the event table and preparing the necessary equipment, including small appliances like microwaves, fryers, and coffee makers. You will prepare and serve food samples while adhering to strict safety and sanitation standards using appropriate cleaning chemicals. Throughout the shift, you will actively engage with shoppers, demonstrating products and answering questions with enthusiasm.
Beyond the floor, you will build rapport with store personnel to ensure alignment with company and client objectives. Administrative duties include completing expense reports, submitting online requirements on the day of execution, and assisting with client visit preparations. You will also navigate internal electronic systems and utilize tools like Microsoft Outlook and Word to manage daily tasks.
This is a part-time role, typically not exceeding 25 hours per week, though hours may fluctuate based on business and client needs. The position is based in a retail store environment with limited travel. While the role involves standing and walking for the duration of the shift, as well as lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, it is designed to be accessible with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
To be considered, candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, or have one to three months of related experience. Proficiency with personal computers and mobile devices is required. Depending on the specific location and product, a local food handler's permit may be necessary. Bilingual skills are a plus where business necessity dictates.
