About the Role
This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, focusing on engaging shoppers through dynamic in-store demonstrations of both food and non-food products. The Associate is responsible for creating a positive, interactive experience that educates consumers on product features and benefits while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
The role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced retail settings and possess a genuine desire to connect with people. You will act as a brand ambassador, intercepting shoppers to share knowledge about the products represented. A key part of the day involves preparing and serving food samples using various small appliances, ensuring the workstation remains clean, sterile, and safe at all times.
Beyond the demonstration floor, this role requires strong organizational skills to manage event setups, complete expense reports, and submit daily online requirements. Success in this position relies on building rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives, as well as navigating internal electronic systems to track execution and audit corrections.
Note: This role is typically scheduled for up to 25 hours per week, though hours may fluctuate based on business and client needs.
