About the Role
As a Housekeeping & Laundry team member at Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, you will help keep the promise of "Wonderful Hospitality. Always." by delivering thoughtful, heartfelt, forward-thinking service that upholds and builds upon this living legacy. You will be part of a global team dedicated to elevating the art of hospitality while innovating at every opportunity.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and other departments, responding promptly to requests and ensuring a seamless experience. Your day involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across public areas and guest rooms. You will identify and report maintenance issues, manage debris and soiled linens, and set up furniture as requested. Beyond the physical tasks, you will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating service needs and assisting individuals with disabilities. You will also ensure adherence to quality expectations, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, and support your team in reaching common goals.
