About the Role
As a Food and Beverage team member at Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott Maui, you will help keep the promise of "Wonderful Hospitality. Always." by delivering thoughtful, heartfelt, forward-thinking service that upholds and builds upon this living legacy. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in your work areas, ensuring all china, glass, and silver are inspected prior to use.
Your day will involve completing closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down equipment, and securing the facility. You will practice clean-as-you-go procedures throughout your shift, restock items, and ensure all equipment is returned to its proper location. Beyond operational tasks, you will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, communicate with clear and professional language, and foster positive working relationships with your team to reach common goals.
Hiring Process
